Ending 2019 happily. I finally made the effort and found someone to run with (Sutton). It also worked out to run on the trails at Sycamore (they were probably thawed and wet in just a few more hours). We kept the pace casual and caught up on things. Finished with 6 strides.
I'm quite happy with this December, a good launching pad into 2020.
