In Des Moines for Maestro's bachelor party. Actually, the airbnb was only 1 block over from where I used to live with Hazard. When Siafu texted me earlier in the week, I thought it best to not run with people still. But I was feeling more confident after the last run and now knew Formal and Krueger were joining the run, so I knew my pace wouldn't be the slowest by far.
We got up to Grand and headed towards the Capitol. We made it downtown before turning around (Drew and Siafu continuing). It was good to talk to people while also a bit stressful trying to monitor my pace. A few good hills got my calves and achilles beat up, so I'll let that heal.
