Notes
I was well beat-down yesterday, even napped for a few hours. The tiredness and likely dehydration remains today. Naomi and I took to Sac and Fox for our ride. We had to ride through a construction site but that wasn't bad, nor were there an excessive amount of people.
On the way back, we switched to the mountain bike singletrack for the final 3 miles. That was fun and very doable for my cross bike and her hybrid (other than 1 root system we walked over). Added on a couple more miles around the fishery then stopped at Lion's Bridge Brewery.
