Notes
A little delayed run as I waited for Kyle. It was a mean windy day made worse by earlier snow turned to ice. We decided to stick to the bike path. It headed straight into the wind but it was surprisingly short of ice. Plus, there was enough daylight and then moonlight to always see when there was ice.
The wind still sucked at times, and I wasn't feeling great in general. A bit of a sour stomach but probably simply tired from Saturday as well. Almost felt good enough to add on strides, but the ice by my house was enough to dissuade me.
