Notes

Ran some deadman with Hazard before setting off for some hills. I thought I was feeling good so I opted for a hill workout - that message never got to my hamstrings as I just did what I could. ~1min hills, I was ready to be done by 3 but made it to 6 and then finished with 1 20sec hill sprint to make me feel better (I did feel fast, but then just tired).

To get some miles I looped around WaterWorks where hardly anyone was out today. I also realized that I should have worn more clothes.

With the less than ideal weather the next few days, maybe my legs will recover just by not biking as I'm hoping to get 70 this week.
