Notes
I opted to take yesterday off as a precaution but kept to my plan of a long run today. I wouldn't say I felt great ever but I got through it and it's another longest (time) run for me. This was my first trails since the tick incident and I apparently chose a less frequented path. So I was quite paranoid at times when the path was overgrown. I stopped often to double-check myself. Though it seems the only thing I got on me was 1 big spiderweb. Lots of vert that I kept easy but a couple of the hills were rough and I walked.
