Mixing it up and waiting until midday to run. Uffda. It was hot but I'd have shade, it was plenty windy, and the humidity wasn't bad. But in the trees, it felt stifling. And the wind only helped a fraction of the time. Then every time I left the shade it was brutal.
Nevertheless, I ran for an hour and I got a segment. Goals checked (unless I feel terrible tomorrow).
