Notes

Warm up 3 miles with Drew, Rebel, Sip, and Cinco. Tried to get in a harder/longer warm up, but I think the tempo could be increased several fold. Ran 3 miles indoors afterwards and 4 miles outdoors with Drew, Rebel, and Katie.
