A missed opportunity in hindsight. It was 70degrees at 7am on 7/7. I clearly should have ran 7 miles at 7min/mile.
Run with Kyle, perhaps our last (in Huxley?) as I am working towards moving out. He was only doing 50min and then left me early to do strides so I was left with nearly 4 miles to do on my own. I felt good but clearly feeling a slight heaviness/tightness in the legs. Not what I was hoping for with a big workout tomorrow.
