Maybe starting to feel better but today's plan was a workout regardless. Maybe workout isn't the right term, as I just wanted to get some faster paces and to remind my body that it still needs to work hard. But at the same time, I did not want to overexert myself in the least. In my mind, I was thinking 2 x mile. That's what I did, 1st mile over 6, 2nd mile a little under. I was on a hilly route so that seemed fine. I felt decent by the end so I added 2 hill strides.
