No race this weekend, I'm still struggling to feel good. I got poured on a couple times on today's run and I enjoyed that. But after 30min, I hit a few steep hills, and was ready to be done after that. I was going to do strides or sprints afterwards but I felt some achilles tightness.
Seems like I've just lost the whole week to feeling not my best. This happened a few times last summer and fall. So I should probably be happy it's becoming less frequent and I've actually ran most days instead of taking several off. I do wish I knew if it was due to running or something else. Regardless, I'm just need to put myself back together and make it less than 2 more weeks.
