Hey, I got a longer non-long run in this week and it felt super duper! I drove down to DM after waking for some hilly trails. A surprising number of cars parked already. Though I guess more people than I thought are as smart as me and beating the rain :)
My knee felt great right away and I actually managed to forget about it. It seemed like every 15min I remembered and thought, "Wait a minute, I'm usually thinking about my knee, how does it feel? Not bad, cool. I should try to stop thinking about it again."
It did stiffen up again later today. But if I take it easy for another week, I may have to start thinking about a new running plan post-recovery.
