An actual windy morning in Columbia. A rarity and I didn't like it (really just my hands that needed better protection). I got the normal run that I was looking for, felt fine and got 6 strides in (started very slow, last couple were good). What still isn't normal is how fatigued I feel for the rest of the day. Hoping that will go away with the illness.
