Easy running in the cold and snow at Naomi's dad's. The snow was soft and generally enjoyable other than running slow. My fifth mile was actually my slowest and over 8min as I went up a hill. I managed to do 8 hill sprints on the driveway, though it was far from ideal. I'm guessing tomorrow's workout will be another one of poor footing. But I'm generally accepting that I'll get no good workouts this week.
