Notes
Today was a mimic of May 16th run, a long, hilly, steady-state run. This time I started in town so all the hills were during the faster middle 9 miles. I started a bit fast as my 1st mile (6:20) was nearly faster than all my mile splits last time. My 2nd mile was my fastest (6:12) on a long downhill before I settled into 6:20-6:30 for the rest of the workout.
Overall, this was faster, hillier, and I felt smoother than last time (even with probably working harder). Now for 3 days of deciding on when and where to do a long run.
