Notes

After doing the 1 mile, thought I'd go metric and run the 1k. Partly did this to get a workout, but also was going to be around the meet waiting until Drew ran the 3k. I was feeling pretty fresh during my warmup, but 1 lap in I realized how tired I was. Instead of feeling like a shorter race, it felt more like the last 5 laps of a weary mile. So not too surprised my time wasn't at a much faster pace than my mile. But it was fun to try something different and get an automatic PR for never having raced a 1k (though I wouldn't be surprised if I have finished races faster than this before).
