Chase came over for a run. He said he wanted an easy pace but that still meant 6:50 pace. That was a slight shock to my legs as I'd only been running slow and alone since the 10 miler. So uncomfortable but not distressing.
The first cold day with some wind, but it really ended up being fine with me overdressed. The really bad days are somewhere down the line.
