A good looking morning, but experiencing it was a jolt. Not quite single digit weather, but still the coldest yet. No wind thankfully and the sun helped a lot (I think).
2 mile warmup with the same crew as yesterday, 1min tempo to get the legs moving.
2 mile cooldown, feeling pretty good actually.
