Notes

One year anniversary of my stress fracture broken foot. For the ~37 weeks prior to the downfall, I averaged nearly 77 miles per week. This is my first week over that average, and it felt grand.

Concerning the run, the beautiful weather, new (mostly) explorations, and an additional running mate (Chili + Drew) made for an awesome run. Thought I might be tired from the 2 hilly runs and increased effort yesterday, but instead starting feeling even better (best cure for a hill hangover is more hills). Some highlights: Running near Ragnar Relay finish and awkwardly getting cheered on by a huge crowd; running on a hillside/limestone bluff trail that most runners wouldn't run on; running through construction to get to a lofty pedestrian bridge; sweet singletrack trails; and running along TC 10/marathon course.

I had suggested 8-11 for mileage, but with all the unexpected travels, ended up with 12, maybe more. I guess I never checked my mileage and thought I was done for the week. Oops. Didn't run on Sunday.
