Heading to Milwaukee this weekend so I wanted to get a decent run today in case I don't run much the next couple days. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like I'll be getting a long run or much distance this week. I've gotten complacent with building mileage, hopefully get back on it next week.
Today was pleasant, which was maybe a surprise. I got to south Fairfax and the park there, thought I'd give the barefoot here another go. Nothing special and I had to run back and forth over the same areas a lot, but 3 miles went by quickly when I wasn't even sure I'd get 2. Quite slow though.
