After yesterday and a solid several hour hike this morning with Lauren, Pollux, and Basil, my left hamstring and left heel were furious to be running. Thankfully they both settled down after a mile and I felt pretty good after that. But the general theme of this run with Pollux was hoping it would finish soon.
