Notes

We cancelled our climbing plans in lieu of a longer trip tomorrow, so I joined Rebel for his run. Of course, we went straight uphill right away, and my legs were asking "What the hell? You haven't doubled in months! And now you do 16 miles with a workout?!". Anyway, the one nice thing about doing a double after a workout is everything feels slow (but not easy).
