Notes
Group run. Feeling better today, other than an occasional side-ache. It was warm and the humidity is rising. Today's route was hillier than expected, 3 good-sized hills that felt fine but definitely got me working. Had a nice group of 4 with John and Darren and another guy's name I should learn.
Post Note: I did take the lead from the start today since no one else did (a lot of regulars seemed to be gone today). I was informed that there was a unofficial rule that the first mile should be 9:00 (we were 8:30). It was mostly a joke, but it did make me curious to go back and check other runs. Looking at March, all were pretty close to 9:00 other than 1 in 8:45.
