Kyle's House

Notes

Would have liked to put the Workout Type as Easy, but Kyle set a decent pace. Stiil, it was on twisty-turvy, up-and-down, singletrack, mountain-bike trails, so who can complain? Lower legs still had some trouble with the quick turns but overall it was a great short run with Kyle and Drew. Makes me wish I had mountain bike trails right by my house.
