I was un-lazy enough to get 60 for the week.
My hope was to sleep in and miss my chance to run. But I woke before 7 and still debated not running. I'm not sure if that was due to laziness or my body trying to tell me something.
I shuffled around, not really enjoying myself.
I'm mostly happy with this week and the long run, though it's obvious I wasn't following a plan and now I've gone a week without a workout.
