Wanted to get used to spikes/xc so I'm doubling (assumed) to make use of larger grassy areas in Cedar Falls. Carried my spikes to the UNI prairie and laced up for a 4min tempo. Then proceeded with 6 uphill reps on a near 200m hill (approximate). Splits were: unknown, 39, 38, 37, 36, 34. Mostly felt good though I didn't like the slant.
