Notes

I knew Drew was going for a brick workout, so I was ready to start out fast. I was fine with that since I already got my workout in and wasn't running to far, might as well help Drew out. We got going and basically tempo'd the first 2.5 miles. I decided to turn around and we slowed down. I think Drew got what he wanted and I'm ready for an easier run with Katie tomorrow.
