Random running around IIAC XC Championships in Indianola. Started with Retro and Cholo for 2 miles, then men's race. Then Cholo, Hazard and Hero for another mile or so, then women's race. Solid xc course and I was feeling pretty good, though after sitting around a while waiting for awards, my back and left hamstring let me know they weren't happy.
