Notes
A few minutes on my own before Drew arrived since it was raining and I was getting cold. Drew then gave me some gloves so I was more confident in staying warm (it wasn't raining when I left for the run and thought it wouldn't for half the run).
I was concerned about another failed run like yesterday, especially after not going #2 since the run. On the other hand I felt like I let Drew down yesterday and wanted to get him to 10 today. The middle miles went quickly and we turned around at 5 and hit 6:20's on the way back. My stomach was still slightly unsettled the whole run but maybe it just being cooler weather helped.
