Another 9 miler, but happy with that.
I waited until after work to get the warm-enough-for-shorts weather.
More hills than Monday, 600ft, but I did go up the same hill thrice.
Oh yeah, and then finished with 6 hill sprints, which felt fast but might have just been the dark.
The gliderides are becoming my go-to distance shoe, though still could be because they're the newest.
