An hour at Sac and Fox. I held Drew back to start and we still were under 7min pace by mile 2. The run was fairly comfortable the whole way, though perhaps just taking a bit more effort than a few weeks ago. The singletrack on the north side of the stream now connects back to the trail. We tried it out but turned around when it became very slanted and unfinished. Should be good soon!
