Actually turned out to be a pretty nice day. Long, random ride with Rachel. Didn't even wear a watch so I don't know about distance or even time. Started heading to Black Hawk Park but there was flooding and the park was even officially closed. But by then we were out of town and we explored a pretty decent gravel road (a lot easier than the last gravel road I tried). After coming back into town we headed towards George Wyth to see how flooded that was. There was no water, but several spots had a thin layer of mud that was amazingly slippery. I fish-tailed each time and very nearly crashed once.
From there we were back into town but decided to go a little further so we tried the UNI Prairie. I don't know if bikes are allowed there, but it was a nice change of pace.
