Notes
I got a full night's sleep for the first time in a week perhaps and it showed. I immediately felt loose and quick on the run. I had thoughts of a longer run, but also some hesitations that I would still be fatigued so 10 became the goal. The way out was a little slow and my watch and headphones seem to be failing simultaneously lately. At halfway, I took a potty break (which felt better than expected) and ate a gel. After that I had a couple quick miles before settling back to finish the run. Tiring final hill.
