Back in Columbia and of course it's going to be mid 70's today (to be fair, La Crosse was going to be mid 60's). It didn't feel too hot, though neither did I. Just a tired body and weird stomach. I had some shifting ambitions, but ended up with a few miles and 5 strides. The final couple strides did feel quite good.
