Notes
It started raining right as I was heading out the door. I completed my 1mile loop w/ pit stop before meeting Kyle and finding him choosing not to run. I kept to the bike path after that so I wouldn't be as exposed to the lightning. It didn't help the rain though as I got soaked.
Got to say though, I was chilled on my run on a day that is suppose to be over 100degrees, that's quite an accomplishment.
Not so impressive was my pace. I'm not sure if my GPS was wonky again or if my legs were much more tired than they feel.
