Notes
No Kyle to run with today so I thought I'd switch it up and run midday. It was certainly warmer and I wasn't loving it, but I also got my fair share of shade and cloud cover. I made a trip to Christiansen for 2 loops of trails before returning to town to do 5 hill sprints (on maybe the steepest slope on a road in Huxley).
I'll be back to morning runs, but I mustn't forget how to run after eating.
