I somewhat forced this run on myself as I'll be out of town for nearly a week and wanted to get Drew another run. Thankfully I felt better than yesterday. Still not great though. The few measly hills in Fairfax took it to me aerobically. I'll take some rest days and easy runs to recover and hopefully supercompensate.
