The last couple days have left me refreshed and with excess calories to burn, and this was a good run to take care of that. We started off fast through the trails and maintained that all the way back. I think my stride was pretty normal other than taking right turns still. Unfortunately not 100% yet and every step takes a little more thought as I'm worried about re-spraining the ankle. Had a brief scare midway when I landed poorly on a slanted ditch, but recovered quickly I think.
