Plan was 5x4min tempos on trails. I may not go as fast on trails but I feel there's a higher probability of having a good workout.
The first 3 reps went well, feeling good in flats. The 4th was more taxing. Maybe just getting tired but also felt like I put a lot of effort in accelerating after sharp turns. The last rep felt better other than accidentally stopping at 3min, before quickly realizing it.
Exactly what I wanted out of this workout. Felt relaxed and quick despite not being completely fresh.
