Haven't had a true rest day in a few weeks, my last 2 days without a run instead played Ultimate.
**Health update: outside of right foot hasn't bothered me since before Headwaters, so that's good. The ball of my right foot has been painful the past few days, though running doesn't seem to trigger it.
