Got around to running later than planned but got it in. And my first mile was under 8 minutes! I'd call that an accomplishment when running alone after an overnight snow. Nevertheless, this run was easy. I would have liked to put on racing shoes for some strides, but there was no clear pavement around and I didn't have the time. Instead I did 6 strides during the 2nd half of the run.
