Notes
I only needed 1 run this weekend. In hindsight, I probably should have just run early on Saturday and been done with it. Instead, I never had a plan and it was in the back of my mind both days. Or maybe I'm just second guessing since I felt like crap. Slow run and I felt like I was drudging. The final hill took me down and that's also when I realized how warm it was and how sweaty I'd become. Strides cancelled.
On a brighter note, this was my biggest month in the past year. Also my biggest week since November.
