I may be starting to like these morning runs, though it certainly helps I'm not waking up much earlier than normal. Maybe not better than my after-work runs, but it wouldn't be a bad way to double (though I should probably avoid that this week). --with Rachel.

Just heard that Dam to Dam is moving up from the 20k to Half-Marathon... interesting but now how will I lower my 20k pr?
