Notes
This whole run turned into a near tempo for some reason, and by some reason I mean here are the reasons:
-Started out with some speed in my legs from racing yesterday
-then proceeded to go downhill which always feels good fast
-Sped up to perfectly time crossing some railroad tracks just as a train finished
-Didn't slow down at Grey's Lake since many people were out walking (EGO BOOST!)
-Tried to catch another runner who was cruising; she ended up stopping soon so maybe doing a workout
-Also tried to catch 2 bicyclists and was gaining until I took a turn
-Might as well finish the run strong now
