Notes
Started with Drew 2 miles away from where we were meeting Chase, so knew it would be a solid run. After forgetting to start my watch and yo-yoing on the pace a bit, we met Chase and settled into a reasonable speed. It wasn't super hot and I was feeling pretty good except for a side ache that got worse for a bit (oddly Chase also had 1).
Chase wanted 7 which I was happy to turn around for. The whole run went by pretty fast.
