Morning run and my legs were still stuck in rocky trail mode, aka my stride was very short and I was stuck in the high 8min miles for the run. Also affecting speed were several trips to the bathroom (at a conveniently located campground and a tour of some overgrown ski trails that would be nice to run with just a little maintenance.
I returned too early for another bathroom break so included 6 strides in my mileage to get a slow 5
