Wanted to get my spikes on once again before the weekend. Didn't have a workout in mind but estimated/measured 1000m on some soccer fields. Warm-up felt good but only in a slow-pace kind of way. 1st rep: 3:11, trying to get into a groove. 2nd rep: 3:19, reverse of 1st rep so into the wind with some uphill. 3rd rep: 3:14, started to get my legs comfortable but I was getting tired. Decided there would be no point in pushing myself further and ended there. Not very motivating but at least Saturday should be 20 degrees cooler and I should be more recovered.
