Notes
I wasn't feeling a long run so shortened it a little and picked up the pace. Also testing out a new drink.
Nearly 3miles before starting my steady state. Definitely started rusty, started in the 6:30's for the first 2miles. The next 2miles were faster but I was just starting to feel decent. The 5th mile was under 6:10 once I got back onto pavement (was on gravel). I grabbed a drink before 2 more miles, both rather uphill. My back got a bit stiff towards the end but loosened up before long.
7miles at ~6:25 pace with a good amount of hills and gravel. I'll call it a week.
