Not the run I was hoping for. I felt alright on the warm-up on some streets I've never ran on (pretty hilly). But I could tell something was off for the half mile tempo. Smart move was to stop and try again tomorrow, but I didn't want to do that. 200's at the track around 5min pace with about 75sec between. I got through 8, half of what I wanted. I threw in 4 grass strides just to do a little more. Very little cool down as I get more miles doubling later (assuming I am capable).
