Notes
Not a great run today, my quads were pumped and the heat got to me. The quad soreness makes sense, the heat took be by surprise. Then I thought about and looked back on my last week, it had actually been a pretty pleasant week, lower temps and either morning runs or overcast/shaded runs later. I suppose I'll get more sun and heat if I run more with Drew again.
Started the run with a mile+ with Nessa. Then I got a few miles away before I got tired and cut the run to the shorter end of my expected range.
